* Rs.22 lakh is transferred form U.P. to Uttaranchal in 1999-2000. ** All unspent balances shown against Daman & Diu has been stated to be surrendered by the Admn.

2nd installment approved for A&N island is Rs.66.95 lakhs but this is restricted to Rs. 35.78 lakhs in view of fresh sanction of Rs.98.12 lakhs during current year against unspent balance of the previous years with UT Govt.

Hence, the amount has to be re-appropriated in view of current years entitlement.
